Responsibilities
Lead Tier 1 and Tier 2 campaign initiatives from intake through completion
Translate intake requests into clear scopes, timelines, and delivery plans
Manage milestones, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution across workstreams
Ensure initiatives deliver against defined objectives, timelines, and success metrics
Partner with PMO leadership to review intake, confirm project tiering, and align on prioritization
Support planning decisions based on capacity, urgency, and business impact
Ensure work entering execution is approved, ready, and clearly defined
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned initiatives
Coordinate closely with Brand, Marketing, Creative, Digital, Experience, Technology, and vendor partners
Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate risks, changes, and trade-offs proactively
Manage initiatives within the project management tool (Workfront), maintaining accurate timelines, statuses, and documentation
Contribute to PMO reporting, dashboards, and portfolio visibility
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, templates, and delivery standards
Support adoption of PMO processes and best practices across MBX
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field and 8+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or a related discipline. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree requirements
Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional campaign or initiative delivery
Hands-on experience using project management tools to manage intake, timelines, and reporting (Workfront preferred)
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable partnering across creative, experience, and operational teams to drive delivery
