The Manager, Marketing Personalization and Program Design will oversee the creative production of content, manage marketing deliverables, and collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance member engagement and program promotion.

Responsibilities

Manage the creative production of girl- and caregiver-facing content that supports key program initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand standards, member needs, and engagement goals
Develop and translate strategic briefs into compelling content formats (e.g., email, social, toolkits, activity guides, patch promotions), collaborating with writers, designers, and vendors to deliver high-quality work
Support the adaptation of content to reflect diverse audiences—considering language, cultural relevance, age, and geography—with a focus on personalization
Coordinate content reviews and approvals across internal stakeholders to keep projects on track and within scope
Partner with internal stakeholders (Program, Membership, Fund Development, Research, Girl Scout Merchandise, and Legal) to align on promotional timelines, creative needs, and campaign messaging
Support donor-funded program rollouts by managing marketing deliverables and coordinating required branding, compliance, and storytelling elements
Collaborate with social and email teams to ensure integrated campaign execution and consistent messaging across all platforms
Maintain timelines, workflows, and budget trackers for assigned projects; proactively identify blockers and escalate as needed
Ensure accurate file organization, version control, and content accessibility for cross-functional teams
Support the protection and appropriate use of brand and licensed assets across all marketing materials
Use audience insights and segmentation data to tailor content and messaging for specific member groups (e.g., new vs. returning members, volunteers vs. girls)
Help implement content variations that improve reach and resonance, supporting lifecycle engagement strategies
Monitor content performance and iterate based on engagement, retention, and satisfaction metrics

Required

Experienced in implementing marketing strategies and campaigns, anchored by a deep understanding of brands, data, and analytics
Creative and innovative, with an understanding of brands, media platforms, and tools that enhance customer experience, driving engagement and loyalty
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable presenting and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels across GSUSA and the Movement
Strong contributor to cross-functional teams. Flexible, adaptable, highly collaborative, detailed oriented with excellent project-management and problem-solving skills, especially across national/local/federated organizational structures where persuasive alignment is required
Adept at working in a fast-paced environment juggling many responsibilities and projects at once, with minimal supervision
Analyzing opportunities to maximize revenue and ROI for marketing-driven activations
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 5+ years' experience in brand management, advertising strategy, promotions development, or similar capacity
Office 365 or similar suites
Competency in PowerPoint or similar presentation software
Competency in Microsoft Excel or similar software

Preferred

Passion for mission-driven organizations; experience in youth space preferred
Multicultural marketing experience, with a focus on Hispanic marketing strong plus
