Inside Sales Specialist, Architectural & Flooring Accessories

Versatrim is dedicated to helping customers finish beautiful floors, and they are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to guide B2B partners to the right trims and accessories. The role involves identifying prospects, managing accounts, processing orders, and delivering reports, all while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Identify and cultivate new prospects; build a healthy pipeline across target accounts
Own your accounts end-to-end, from onboarding and configuration to ongoing support
Process orders and samples; respond promptly by phone and email
Deliver weekly opportunity and project reports to the Inside Sales Manager
Assist call queues to ensure customers are helped quickly
Lead meetings and product presentations for assigned accounts
Document all sales activities in Salesforce; keep account records current
Help qualify new customers and coordinate across departments to accelerate deals
Master Versatrim’s product portfolio and competitive alternatives
Support off-site trainings or shows when needed (expenses paid)
Cross-train and step in for teammates to support any customer
Hit and exceed sales quotas and key performance indicators

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation
Must be 18 years or older
Prior sales experience is a plus
Must be legally authorized to work within the US
Self-starter with high attention to detail and a strategic, creative approach
Ability to follow directions and execute with consistency
Experience in account management and development
Strong written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment
Eagerness to learn new processes and support other departments
Relationship-building prowess

Preferred

Preferred background in flooring/trim or building products sales
