Responsibilities
Design architectures and develop embedded software for ECU simulation and physical test assets
Maintain automation and test frameworks at scale for usage in rapid engineering development and manufacturing environments
Develop multi-tiered test suites that ensure the detection of regressions
Collaborate with base software, firmware, and test engineers to implement embedded solution simulations and testing gaps
Come together with your peers to share ideas, ask why with an open and curious mind, and learn from each other's diverse perspectives to deliver great work as a team
Shape the future of our automated testing and release strategies
Partner with product management and engineering peers to design end-to-end user journeys that are verifiable through automated testing
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience with Python scripting, including testing frameworks such as pytest
5+ years developing software for embedded products
Solid understanding of development lifecycles, testing methodologies, and QA processes
Experience with GitLab CI or equivalent Continuous Integration systems
Good team player with great communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced development environment
