Responsibilities
Identify and implement design and process improvements to enhance the efficiency and impact of internal communications
Design and produce engaging Keynote presentations, graphics, emails, and other communication deliverables that meet Apple’s high standards for design and communication
Partner closely with key business and cross-functional stakeholders across two large hardware development organizations to define and execute on their communication needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and Apple’s aesthetic standards
Qualification
Required
2+ years of design experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, demonstrating an ability to manage high volumes of work without sacrificing quality
Proficient in key design software, including Apple Keynote, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop, with a willingness to learn new tools as needed
A solid understanding of web development and UI/UX principles, with a focus on creating user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces
Strong collaboration skills, with a history of working effectively within and across teams
Enthusiasm for working with technical subjects, ideally with some familiarity with hardware development concepts
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Creative and innovative thinker with a portfolio that demonstrates expertise in presentation design, web design, UI/UX design, and other visual communication materials that showcase an aesthetic aligned with Apple's visual identity
Preferred
4+ years of design experience
Formal education in design or a related field is preferred, but it is not a requirement for this role. We prioritize creativity, passion, and a strong portfolio of work
