Responsibilities

Write and maintain technical documentation for hardware and software systems, including installation, configuration, and how-to guides

Develop code documentation, implementation guides, end-user manuals, and data flow / data definition documentation

Produce defense acquisition documentation, user manuals, and training materials for DoD systems

Interpret engineering drawings, operational procedures, and maintenance documentation to support accurate technical content

Research highly technical subject matter and synthesize information from multiple sources into clear, concise documentation

Collaborate with engineers and subject matter experts to ensure documentation is technically accurate and operationally relevant

Support documentation efforts for cryptologic or analytic systems, as applicable

Required

3+ years of experience authoring and updating documentation related to Operations Support Systems (OSS)

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to a broad audience

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple documentation efforts

Bachelor's degree

Prior experience supporting DoD or government programs

Active Secret Clearance

Some travel may be required

Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
