FIN Financial Analyst III

Russell Tobin is seeking a highly skilled and self-directed Senior Chargebacks & POS Analyst to provide analytical and application support across distributor-facing operations. This role is critical in improving service delivery, speed, cost efficiency, and data quality while driving end-to-end process improvements related to Point of Sale (POS) and chargeback accounts.

Responsibilities

Own and manage end-to-end operational relationships with assigned distributors for POS and chargeback processes
Provide analytical and application support to deliver measurable improvements in service, speed, and cost
Implement recurring solutions with distributors to reduce errors, improve data quality, and prevent future issues
Partner with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues and perform ad-hoc financial analysis
Support the Quality Team by assisting with data investigations and Salesforce cases from business partners
Mentor and provide day-to-day guidance to junior team members
Share best practices and process improvements within the broader work group
Drive end-to-end (E2E) process improvements across chargebacks and POS workflows

Required

Minimum 3 years of experience managing relationships with key distributors and working cross-functionally
5+ years of experience with the following tools and systems: SAP / Vistex, Power BI (PBI), Salesforce cases, Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas), Microsoft PowerPoint
Strong working knowledge of chargeback claims processing and order management systems
Demonstrated ability to lead E2E process improvements in POS and chargebacks
Experience utilizing LEAN methodologies
Green Belt certification or training
Bachelor's degree required
