They are seeking a Non-Profit Management & Human Resources Intern to support various organizational projects and human resources tasks while gaining insights into U.S. and international business practices.

Research and analyze information, prepare, and present findings to supervisor and staff
Participate in operations, human resources, program, and service delivery processes
Manage organizational projects
Attend accounting and development meetings
Coordinate outreach events for prospective interns, advisors, and partners

Understanding U.S. and international business and cultural diversities
Understanding non-profit administration, business development, revenue management, program management, client service delivery, and Board governance
Understanding human resources operations including recruitment and onboarding
