Responsibilities
Earned Value Management (EVM)
Cost reporting and metrics generation
COBRA tool maintenance (Monthly Status, Report Generation, Cost Analysis, Code Maintenance)
Ability to prepare and present various types of reports to all levels of Management
Ability to apply organizational, planning, management, problem solving & execution skills to multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work complex issues, and meet deadlines
Qualification
Required
Bachelors or Masters degree from an accredited college or relevant experience in lieu of degree
Experience with Microsoft Office applications
Experience with financial analysis and/or project management principals and concepts
Security Clearance: TS/SCI
Ability to prepare and present various types of reports to all levels of Management
Ability to apply organizational, planning, management, problem solving & execution skills to multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work complex issues, and meet deadlines
Preferred
Active TS/SCI clearance
Earned Value Management Knowledge
COBRA tool experience
Understanding of Agile Development concepts
Analytical and problem solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
