This role focuses on data entry, document review, and customer account verification to ensure compliance with enhanced payment partner and card network requirements.

Responsibilities
Review customer documentation to validate compliance with enhanced requirements
Enter and update customer and company information across internal systems
Resolve data discrepancies and errors by coordinating with internal teams
Utilize Salesforce and Excel to track, update, and verify records
Respond to internal inquiries related to customer onboarding and documentation status
Support onboarding of new customers under updated compliance standards
Assist with clearing backlog volume related to legacy customer remediation
Follow documented procedures and maintain data accuracy at all times
Qualification
Required
Prior data entry, administrative experience required
Experience reviewing documentation and ensuring accuracy
Comfortable performing repetitive, process-driven work
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Reliable, organized, and able to meet productivity expectations
Preferred
Basic experience with Salesforce and/or Excel (nice to have)
Office or back-office operations experience preferred
Bachelors Degree a plus but not required
