General Manager of Ecommerce & Digital Growth
The Parts House is a company focused on the automotive aftermarket, and they are seeking a General Manager of Ecommerce & Digital Growth. This role is responsible for owning and scaling the ecommerce business, driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and managing the P&L in a wholesale distribution model.

Responsibilities
Full ownership of ecommerce P&L, including revenue, cost-to-serve, fulfillment expense, returns, technology spend, and labor
Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and growth targets
Establish and monitor KPIs tied to revenue growth, customer adoption, order frequency, average order value, fulfillment performance and operational cost control
Develop and execute a multi-year ecommerce growth strategy centered on aftermarket parts
Drive growth through:
O increased e-commerce adoption by existing professional customers
O adding new customers who can support our ambitious growth targets
O higher purchase frequency and basket size and
O strategic use of marketplaces and digital partnerships
Balance ecommerce expansion with traditional wholesale sales dynamics to avoid channel conflict
Serve as the business owner for all ecommerce systems and integrations, including ERP, OMS, WMS, PIM, and marketplace connections
Ensure accuracy and reliability of product data, pricing, availability, and catalog integrity
Prioritize and approve platform enhancements based on customer impact, scalability, and ROI
Own end-to-end ecommerce operations, including forward and reverse logistics
Ensure ecommerce order flow aligns with warehouse operations, inventory positioning, and delivery standards
Improve fulfillment speed, accuracy, service levels, and return economics without degrading wholesale operations
Act as the single point of accountability for e-commerce across Sales, Operations, IT, Pricing, Marketing, and Category Management
Partner with Sales leadership to ensure ecommerce complements and accelerate field sales efforts
Align with Category Management to support strategic assortment, availability, and digital merchandising
Build and lead a high-performance ecommerce organization
Identify internal capability gaps and hire or develop talent as required for scale
Establish clear performance expectations, operating rhythms, and accountability
Design ecommerce processes and architecture that can support future expansion into collision and body parts
Qualification
Required
10+ years in the automotive aftermarket, with strong exposure to wholesale distribution
5+ years in ecommerce leadership roles with direct P&L responsibility
Proven experience scaling B2B ecommerce within a complex operational environment
Strong understanding of mechanical aftermarket categories, fulfillment requirements, and customer buying behavior
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and make tradeoffs between growth, cost, and service
