Responsibilities
Manages facilities in accordance with corporate standards ensuring courteous, professional and transparent properties and facilities services
Maintains and oversees a company’s grounds, buildings and equipment to ensure that a workspace is safe and functional
Scheduling routine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors
Collaborating with building owners and upper management on budgeting for facilities needs
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline/equivalent or in Engineering
Six (6) years experience in the maintenance and repair of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, emergency power systems, building automation systems and/or package handling equipment
Thorough working knowledge of engineering and architectural drawings, blueprints, electrical schematics, hydraulics, pneumatics, structural and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Knowledge of finance and strong computer skills
Strong basic leadership, management, human relations and communications skills
Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
Valid driver's license
