They are seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) to provide high-quality in-home care to patients in Albuquerque, focusing on activities of daily living and personal care services.

Responsibilities
Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, mobility, and basic care needs
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a home setting
Observe and report changes in patient condition in accordance with care protocols
Follow physician-directed care plans and organizational standards
Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and safety at all times
Qualification
Required
Active CNA or MA certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient residences
Ability to pass a background check
Preferred
Experience providing in-home or patient-centered care
