Responsibilities
Work directly at customer sites on a variety of IT asset projects
Perform white-glove packing of IT assets
Audit and scan project paperwork for accuracy
Assist CDL drivers with truck maintenance and other tasks
Communicate project progress and challenges to the Team Lead
Receive training on: Hard drive erasures, Data center decommissioning, Shred and logistics projects
Adhere to safety regulations and industry standards
Drive to and from customer locations to retrieve and deliver shipments
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Tech-savvy with experience on laptops, desktops, iPads/tablets
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background check
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven team player with positive, adaptable attitude
Ability to travel up to 50%, including overnight stays
Ability to lift 70 pounds regularly
Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Teams
