Responsibilities
Architect and provision cloud infrastructure using AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, and VPC
Build infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code principles
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting Python/Django and React applications
Manage containerized environments using Docker and introduce orchestration as scale requires
Implement security best practices by default, including IAM, encryption, and network segmentation
Establish monitoring and logging to track system health, performance, and reliability
Support database operations including backups, scaling, and recovery
Act as a foundational partner to engineering as the platform scales
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with AWS in production environments
Deep knowledge of Docker and containerized workflows
Experience building CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions or GitLab CI
Solid scripting skills in Bash and/or Python
Experience supporting PostgreSQL or similar databases
Strong understanding of security fundamentals and access management
Comfort working independently in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
