Responsibilities
Assisted in maintaining automated scripts that increased efficiency, saving the company $5500+ in outsourcing costs
Identified defects and coordinated with a 10-person development team, which helped resolve 81% of non-conforming product issues
Created testing strategy, executed story test preparation, and conducted bug reporting using Agile methodology in collaboration with 120+ developers
Performed functional, regression, compatibility, and usability testing, which reduced 90% of reported defects with 0% post-production client issues
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience analyzing requirements, building test cases, performing gap analysis, setting up test environments, and executing test cases
Experience in providing feedback and recommendations on software usability and functionality
Experience in maintaining automated scripts
Ability to identify defects and coordinate with development teams
Experience in creating testing strategies and executing story test preparation
Experience in conducting bug reporting using Agile methodology
Experience in performing functional, regression, compatibility, and usability testing
Experience in reducing reported defects and post-production client issues
Experience in designing operating systems for mobile devices
Experience in creating software programs with advanced UIs
Experience in developing client-server software-based systems
Experience in writing and selling code to programmers
Experience in utilizing voice recognition software languages and cross-platforming
Experience in developing voice-to-text, neural network, and decision-making applications
Experience in creating interfaces that improve information logging and notifications
Associate of Science in Computer Programming
Technical Skills: Black Box Testing (Advanced), Agile Testing (Experienced), Retesting & Regression Testing
Languages: English (Native), German (Fluent), French (Conversational)
