Responsibilities

Designing analytics that scale, not one-off reports
Digging into data issues and figuring out why numbers don’t line up
Translating business needs into clean models, metrics, and dashboards
Working across SAP and Oracle without treating either like a black box

Required

5+ years in enterprise reporting / analytics development
Hands-on experience with: Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FDI)
Hands-on experience with: Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW)
Hands-on experience with: Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
Advanced SQL skills (performance tuning included)
Solid understanding of Oracle Fusion data models (Finance, HCM, SCM, or EPM)
Experience integrating or migrating data from SAP (BW/BI, ECC, or S/4HANA)
Strong data warehousing fundamentals (facts, dimensions, star schemas)

Preferred

Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
SAP / Oracle Fusion transformation projects
Extending FDI subject areas
Executive-level dashboards and KPI reporting
Familiarity with data governance and role-based security
