Revolution Technologies, LLC is seeking a Regulatory & Cost Analyst on a contract basis. This role will primarily support regulatory requests, cost recovery, and compliance-related analysis, with a strong emphasis on hands-on regulatory support experience.

Responsibilities

Support regulatory and FOIA-related requests
Research, investigate, and draft responses to regulatory inquiries
Route responses internally to compliance and regulatory teams
Analyze requests related to cost recovery programs
Run and interpret SAP queries and cost folders
Review and interpret cost forecasts, invoices, and schedules
Respond to data requests related to cost and schedule
Support rate case and revenue requirement activities
Analyze and interpret complex financial and regulatory data

Required

2–5 years of experience in regulatory, compliance, or adjacent function
Experience within a regulated industry (utilities strongly preferred)
Strong cost analysis background
SAP experience (queries, cost data, forecasts)
Understanding of cost recovery programs and rate cases
Ability to analyze and interpret complex financial and regulatory information
Strong problem-solving and research skills
Ability to learn new processes and help create procedures
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

Preferred

Experience supporting utility regulatory filings
Exposure to revenue requirement analysis
Prior experience responding to FOIA or regulatory data requests
