Responsibilities
Resolve within 24 hours all administrative requests from both internal and external sources
Research and resolve member eligibility questions from dental offices, brokers and company representatives
Reconcile and resolve discrepancies between monthly billings and corresponding premiums received from large commercial groups, small to large direct groups, and the individual plans, and notifying customers of discrepancies between those premium payments and eligible members
Provide outstanding customer service to our members by answering telephone calls or responding to emails
Administer group and individual plans on a daily basis, prepare monthly billing premium statements as well as broker commission statements
Use of insurance application system to record and resolve all customer inquiries, attach documents to groups, and work in a paperless environment
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required
