Finance Clerk
Alfred Street Baptist Church is seeking a Finance Clerk to support administrative tasks on their Finance Team. This role involves managing day-to-day administrative functions, including document management, data entry, and general office administration tasks.

Responsibilities
Document Management: Manage signature requests via DocuSign and handle document movement through the internal management system
Data Entry & Filing: High-volume data entry and maintenance of both electronic and physical paper files
Mailing & Distribution: Organize and facilitate the delivery of sensitive correspondence and general department mailings
Office Administration: Perform scanning, filing, and general administrative tasks to keep the finance department organized
Communication: Respond to "light" inquiries and handle basic correspondence if needed
Team Support: Provide general assistance to the Accounting Manager, Controllers, and the wider finance team (7+ people)
Assist with administrative and other tasks as needed
Qualification
Preferred
1-3 years of professional experience, preferably supporting an accounting or finance department
Experience with DocuSign or an electronic document management systems
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Proven ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
Familiarity with basic accounting terminology and processes
High level of accuracy in data entry and filing to ensure sensitive records are managed correctly
