Member Service Center Specialist
Mutual 1st Federal Credit Union is a not-for-profit, member-owned credit union focused on serving their community. They are seeking a Call Center Specialist who will provide excellent customer service and assist members with their financial needs while following regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
You love to be on the phone and chatting online
You do what it takes to find solutions to a variety of member needs while representing the Credit Union in a professional and courteous manner
You’re great at building relationships both with our members and when working cross-collaboratively with various internal teams
You are comfortable navigating multiple systems at a time and solving complex account and financial inquiries
You don’t give up until you’ve found a satisfactory resolution and the member is satisfied
You have an uncanny ability to recommend products that could help the member reach their financial goals
All Call Center Specialists must follow all Federal and State Regulations as well as internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements such as: BSA, USA Patriot Act, and OFAC
Strongest candidates will have experience with video customer service and ITM's
Qualification
Required
Two years of similar or related experience
High School education or GED
Ability to follow all Federal and State Regulations as well as internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements such as: BSA, USA Patriot Act, and OFAC
Ability to build relationships with members and work cross-collaboratively with various internal teams
Comfortable navigating multiple systems at a time and solving complex account and financial inquiries
Ability to recommend products that could help the member reach their financial goals
Passion for serving the community and providing excellent customer service
Preferred
Experience with video customer service and ITM's
