The role involves executing laboratory-based filtration experiments to support new filtration products and technologies, working closely with engineers and scientists, and documenting results.

Responsibilities

Perform filtration applications testing and laboratory experiments
Execute detailed experimental protocols with limited guidance
Support R&D projects involving Client filtration technologies
Document experimental work in electronic laboratory notebooks (ELN)
Conduct basic troubleshooting and preliminary data analysis
Assist with experimental planning and organization of results
Develop test protocols and contribute to technical reports as needed
Follow all EHS and laboratory safety procedures

Required

Associate's Degree in Life Sciences or Engineering
High School Diploma/GED + 5 years of relevant laboratory experience
Hands-on laboratory experience following SOPs and protocols
Experience mixing solutions and maintaining accurate lab documentation
Exposure to biopharmaceutical separations, including: Normal Flow Filtration (NFF), Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF), Adsorptive media processes
Experience with electronic lab notebooks (ELN)
Product testing experience during development stages
Strong understanding of EHS and ergonomic principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
