Responsibilities

Exceed ambitious revenue targets by leading complex global renewals and expansion strategies
Identify, structure, and close cross-sector growth opportunities across all product lines
Build a healthy, forward-looking pipeline through strategic engagement and insight-led selling
Serve as the trusted advisor to senior executives at global banks, helping them navigate the energy and natural resources landscape
Deepen multi-level relationships across business units, ensuring our solutions align with each client’s strategic priorities
Proactively identify risks to retention and deploy creative solutions to strengthen long-term partnerships
Develop and execute tailored account plans that align our value with client objectives
Orchestrate global account teams—including product, research, consulting, and customer success—to deliver exceptional outcomes
Champion the voice of the client internally to influence product innovation and service excellence
Coordinate across a matrixed organization to ensure best-in-class delivery
Collaborate closely with technical specialists, marketing, and analytics teams to execute impactful client engagement strategies
Model a culture of teamwork, excellence, and commercial accountability
Stay ahead of trends in capital markets, banking, and energy, positioning yourself as a thought partner to clients
Leverage market insight to uncover new opportunities and strengthen Wood Mackenzie’s leadership position

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
7+ years of success in enterprise B2B sales, ideally in financial services or capital markets
Proven record of exceeding $4M+ in annual sales targets, including six- and seven-figure deal cycles
Deep understanding of banking workflows and capital markets, with exposure to energy or natural resources a plus
Skilled in complex negotiations and stakeholder management at the executive level
Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM for pipeline management and forecasting
Highly self-motivated, commercially astute, and driven by results

Preferred

Strong network within the banking or capital markets ecosystem
