Responsibilities

Proven experience in inventory control, purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in a technical, engineering, or laboratory setting
Proficiency in using inventory management software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and bug tracking systems
Strong organizational skills with a meticulous approach to data entry, stocking, and physical asset management
Experience with administrative tasks such as generating purchase orders and reviewing invoices
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in a technical or lab environment is a plus
Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with both technical teams and external suppliers
