They are seeking a dedicated IT Support Associate to provide onsite technical support, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure at their largest distribution center in Ennis, Texas.

Responsibilities

Provide daily onsite IT support for hardware and software issues, including desktop, laptop, mobile devices, and peripherals
Manage and maintain the efficiency of IT operations, including network and system infrastructure, printers, and barcode scanners
Administer network security measures, including firewalls and access control systems
Support cloud-based and local ERP software systems
Utilize and manage IT tools such as Endpoint Central, ServiceNow, Netskope, and Okta, IAM/SSO
Provide support for Office 365 and other cloud services like Azure, AWS, and Intune
Assist with IT projects related to technology deployments and upgrades
Provide remote support to end-users as needed, ensuring timely resolution of issues
Be available for after-hours support during critical incidents or urgent maintenance
Document IT procedures and system configurations to maintain operational consistency and facilitate knowledge transfer

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Extensive experience in IT end user support or a similar role
Proficiency in IT infrastructure management, including mobile device management and network security
Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and tools such as Endpoint Central, and ServiceNow
Strong desktop support skills in both Apple and PC environments
Ability to manage and support complex IT projects
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for team collaboration and effective stakeholder interaction

Preferred

Desirable IT-related certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
Previous experience in the logistics or distribution sector
