Responsibilities
Provide frontline IT support for corporate, sales, manufacturing, and distribution users
Resolve day‑to‑day IT issues, including:
Hardware setup and device support
User onboarding and access provisioning
Basic troubleshooting and operational requests
Work and manage tickets through the EC Vista ticketing system
Typical workload: 10–15 tickets per day , with occasional spikes during deployments or system changes
Execute new‑hire device setups using established checklists and procedures
Prepare and distribute required credentials, documentation, and equipment
Follow processes exactly—deviations can create business disruption
Work within a shared IT user support environment alongside infrastructure and support leads
Assist during a transition toward a task‑ and ownership‑based support model
Help maintain operational stability during staffing changes
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in IT user support or help desk environments
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong discipline in following documented procedures and checklists
Experience in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
Clear, professional communication skills
Proven reliability, punctuality, and accountability
Preferred
Experience supporting distributed or multi-site user populations
Familiarity with ticketing systems (EC Vista or similar)
Previous on-site IT support experience
