Responsibilities
Machine Overhaul including but not limited to:
Lock Out/ Tag Out Machine
Work with bearings, shafts, gearboxes, belts and chains
Blow down, wipe-up and clean-up motor cabinets
Inspect and correct Aspirator issues
Check Oiling System
Check all guards, shields, safety grates and doors
Clean heaters and cooling tracks
Daily Maintenance of machines
Qualification
Required
Ability to work safely
Ability to read and write and follow directions
Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions
Ability to troubleshoot machines
Ability to diagnose and correct breakdowns
Ability to use maintenance tools
Ability to work as a team
Good communication skills
