Inside Sales Representative
Michigan Broadband is a growing telecommunications company providing reliable voice, data, and connectivity solutions to businesses and consumers. They are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to engage prospective and existing customers, identify their needs, and recommend appropriate telecom solutions.

Responsibilities
Identify customers’ needs through inbound and outbound calls and recommend appropriate telecom products and services
Educating customers on service features, pricing, and promotions
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure
Maintain accurate CRM records (contacts, pipeline, activities)
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Stay current on telecom products, market trends, and competitor offerings
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
1+ year of inside sales, call center, or telecom sales experience preferred
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed goals
Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
