The Operations Capacity Analyst is responsible for supporting operations for Sealy Assembly, including evaluating network capacity, aligning orders, and recommending staffing changes to meet future demand.

Responsibilities
Maintain network capacity records for both machine capacity, and labor capacity
Confirm alignment of network capacity with demand forecast
Recommend staffing and investment changes to minimize service risk and optimize cost
Provide reporting and oversight for the Build to Stock programs
Track and report plant level anomalies (i.e. power outage, weather closures, material shortages, etc.) that impact service and efficiency
Network wide analysis in support of capacity
Work with plant scheduling team to optimize capacity usage
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
BS in Business Management/Engineering or related field
3+ years in Manufacturing Operations Support preferred
Ability to effectively collaborate cross functionally a must
Familiar with the principles of Lean Manufacturing to support operational excellence system
Working with customer/Sales for Network Optimization
Strong computer skills for Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Preferred
Project Management experience is a plus
Microsoft Dynamics AX and Power BI skills/experience
