Responsibilities
Ensuring the quality and readiness of deliverables slated for production
Testing, debugging, and refining items for deployment
Preparing and maintaining all necessary documentation to support the delivery process
Managing and maintaining the Jira board to ensure all tickets are up-to-date, clearly defined, and include detailed product requirements
Capturing and troubleshooting O&M (Operations and Maintenance) items and providing on-site support several times per month
Collaborating closely with developers, providing clear direction and guidance to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables align with project requirements
Streamlining processes, integrating technology solutions, and upholding high standards of quality and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Full lifecycle development using Jira, Waterfall, Agile
Must understand client business needs, gathering user stories and requirements and the understanding of testing phases
Must demonstrate knowledge with the functionality of applications and current computer technology
Active Secret security clearance
US Citizenship required
