Specialist-Compensation & People Ops

The HR Compensation & People Operations Specialist is responsible for delivering accurate, compliant, and efficient support across multiple HR functions, maintaining HR data integrity, and driving compliance while partnering with HR leaders to optimize workflows.

Responsibilities

Maintain organized, secure documentation for HR processes, policies, and records
Support compliance initiatives, including audits and regulatory reporting
Maintain and update records in the HRIS system with precision and confidentiality
Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company standards
Process employee lifecycle transactions (onboarding, transfers, promotions, terminations) accurately and on time
Generate and analyze HR reports to support decision-making and compliance requirements
Provide operational support for HR programs and initiatives
Partner with HR Operations/Generalists and People Relations teams to ensure smooth execution of HR activities
Prepare and deliver compensation-related documentation, including notification memos and process/framework materials, ensuring consistency and compliance
Partner with HR leadership and COE teams to support compensation cycles, providing advanced administrative support for timely, error-free execution
Produce compensation reporting and data to support business needs
Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and reduce manual work
Recommend and implement automation tools and best practices to enhance accuracy and efficiency
Document updated workflows and train team members on new processes

Required

Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred
2+ years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or similar role
Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance requirements, and employment regulations
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
Continuous improvement mindset with proven ability to analyze processes and implement solutions
Experience working in a COE HR model
