Responsibilities
Process requests for administrative hearings before various bodies, including the Office of State Administrative Hearings (OSAH), the State Personnel Board, EEOC, and GCEO
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, address IT and phone issues, and facilitate effective communication within the department
Process bill payments, maintain accurate leave records, and ensure the department is well-stocked with necessary supplies
Arrange appointments, schedule meetings, and process travel requests for the legal team
Generate and maintain Office Performance Reports, demonstrating proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Qualification
Required
High school diploma/GED
Two (2) years of experience in a legal setting using computer software
One (1) year of experience required at the lower level Legal Secretary 1 (LET020) or position equivalent
Drug Screening

Annual Influenza vaccination
Preferred
Prior legal administrative experience
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong prioritization and organizational skills
Exceptional customer service
Familiarity with office management software
