Responsibilities
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering professional growth and operational excellence
Serve as escalation point for project challenges, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder alignment
Own the execution of firmwide transformation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
Develop project plans, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress against milestones
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to firm objectives

Build strong relationships with service line leaders, industry leaders, and subject matter experts (SMEs)
Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
Design and deliver communication strategies to encourage adoption of transformation initiatives
Oversee development of training materials and ensure effective delivery
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for transformation projects
Partner with firm leadership to evaluate outcomes and recommend adjustments

Qualification
Required
7 years of public accounting or professional services experience required
Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) required
Strong project management skills required (attention to accuracy, timeliness, conflict resolution, and alignment to priorities and commitments)
Preferred
Basic knowledge of one or more applications used by CLA's practitioners preferred (CCH Axcess Tax suite, CCH Pfx Engagement, FloQast, QuickBooks, etc.)
