MLS Lab Instructor

Responsibilities
Reinforce course concepts through instruction and practical laboratory applications
Record attendance and assess students’ knowledge of key concepts
Assist with laboratory organization and preparation of learning activities
Provide constructive feedback to the department and departmental faculty
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Medical Lab Sciences or an associate's degree in Medical Lab Sciences with 2 years of experience is required
Licensed through ASCP as an MT or MLT
Basic lab skills, ie; phlebotomy, pipette, microscopes, basic culture setup, operation of lab equipment, basic knowledge of UA, Chem, Micro, Immunology, Serology, Hematology
Also grading of laboratory assignments
Preferred
Excellent communication skills are required
