Engages in the activities of the front desk and cafe to ensure that optimum efficiency and customer service is provided to members and guests
Qualification
Required
A minimum of three months retail or customer service experience required
CPR/AED Certification required
Must have the communication and language skills necessary to convey information clearly and concisely, both in person and on the telephone
Must have the written skills necessary to take and relay accurate messages
Must have interpersonal skills necessary to effectively interact with customers, team members, and the public
Must have the mathematical skills necessary to correctly make change
Ability to use a cash register and computer
Moderate physical effort required
Requires continuous standing or walking
May require frequent lifting or moving light weight material
Occasionally moving or lifting average weight material
Rarely lifting or moving heavy weight material
Flow of work and character of duties involves normal mental and visual attention much or all of the time
Frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts
Frequent risk of exposure to toxic or caustic chemicals and fluids
Noise level in the work environment may exceed moderate levels at times
Frequent exposure to cleaning chemicals and hot kitchen equipment
