Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and optimize Epic Secure Chat, In Basket pools, message routing rules, and user templates
Support workflows for clinician-to-clinician, clinician-to-staff, and staff-to-staff communication
Coordinate build and maintenance of provider records, role-based defaults, on-call schedules, and message distribution lists
Ensure compliance with security and privacy regulations in all communication workflows
Assess current-state communication workflows and identify gaps, inefficiencies, or risks
Develop future-state workflows that improve communication speed, clarity, and reliability
Work directly with clinical and operational leaders to ensure solutions align with real-world needs

Required

Experience with Epic platform and its unified communication capabilities
Ability to configure, maintain, and optimize Epic Secure Chat, In Basket pools, message routing rules, and user templates
Experience in supporting workflows for clinician-to-clinician, clinician-to-staff, and staff-to-staff communication
Knowledge of compliance with security and privacy regulations in communication workflows
Skills in assessing current-state communication workflows and identifying gaps, inefficiencies, or risks
Ability to develop future-state workflows that improve communication speed, clarity, and reliability
Experience working directly with clinical and operational leaders to ensure solutions align with real-world needs
