Responsibilities

Entrepreneurial and motivated self-starter
Strong Digital Acumen (Google/Meta Ads, GA4 certifications, Preferred but Not Required)
Ability to grow new business & find new revenue opportunities
Ability to create productive, long-term customer relationships. Identify and connect with top-level decision makers at large local brands
Ability to work independently to acquire new business while working remotely
Competitive nature and a winning team spirit
Manage a specified sales pipeline utilizing Hubspot CRM and develop a strategy for long-term sustained success
Other duties as assigned by management

Qualification

Required

Digital sales experience, including comprehensive strategic campaigns constructed of Publisher Direct digital display advertising, Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO Programmatic Display, OTT, Digital Audio, Targeted Email and other offerings preferred
Experience using CRM such as Hubspot (Daily use required)
Must have reliable transportation
Must have valid driver's license and vehicle insurance required (at least the minimum insurance required for the state in which the employee works)
Track record for innovation, learning and using new skills and technology, especially AI
Ability to prioritize and to work under and meet short- and long-deadlines in a fast-paced, data-driven work environment
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving and team-player skills
Excellent communication, active listening skills, and presentation skills
Ability to interact professionally and build relationships and develop sources with a diverse array of people
Ability to work well, appear professional and courteous with a variety of staff at all levels, and the public
Computer proficiency (MS Office, Digital editing, web search, databases)
Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights and weekends
Must be able to work remotely while contributing to a team environment
Regular and reliable attendance
A combination of knowledge and experience equivalent to a B.A. or B.S. Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Sales or related field
