Responsibilities
Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive health & welfare, retirement and compensation programs
Prepare and analyze reports on plan performance for senior leadership
Oversee retirement plans, ensuring compliance and alignment with organizational objectives
Lead annual plan audits and compliance filings
Manage relationships with external vendors and consultancies
Drive strategic initiatives across Total Rewards functions
Engage with internal stakeholders for strategic planning
Monitor industry trends and conduct benchmark assessments
Optimize Total Rewards programs financially and experientially
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related area
5 - 7 years of job-related experience in Total Rewards, compensation, benefits, or retirement services
3 - 5 years in a leadership role within a large, self-insured organization
Experience in project management, and familiarity with benefits administration systems
Knowledge of ERISA, DOL, IRS, and other regulations
Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HRIS platforms such as PayScale, Infor Lawson, ADP
Preferred
Previous experience in a Healthcare Environment, focusing on Compensation and/or Benefits
