Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure applications and components using Java, OSGi, and the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform
Implement custom AEM components, templates, and workflows to support marketing web initiatives
Integrate AEM with other systems, analytics platforms, and third-party web services
Collaborate with fellow web developers, designers, business stakeholders, and other internal teams to define technical requirements and ensure high-quality delivery
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex production issues across various AEM environments
Ensure adherence to established coding standards, performance metrics, and security guidelines
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in Java development, with at least 3 years dedicated to developing and implementing solutions on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x or later)
Expertise in OSGi, JCR, Sling models, and AEM core concepts
Deep understanding of AEM architecture, including dispatcher, caching, and performance optimization
Experience with code versioning tools such as Git and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
Proficient with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to effectively support integration with client-side code
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Preferred
Experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (e.g., Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Data Collection)
Experience with cloud-based AEM deployments (AEM as a Cloud Service)
Experience leading technical design and mentoring junior developers
