As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience and contribute to the development of evaluation criteria and assessment frameworks for vehicle systems, collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment across disciplines.

Responsibilities
Support the development of structured evaluation criteria and assessment frameworks for U.S. Government evaluation of a new vehicle’s total system with TiC unit
Assist in defining program structure, documentation, and evaluation processes aligned with engineering and production requirements
Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and program management teams to gather inputs and ensure alignment across disciplines
Analyze feedback from the TiC unit and other stakeholders to refine evaluation criteria and improve usability and effectiveness
Assist with tracking program milestones, deliverables, risks, and action items related to production and evaluation activities
Support preparation of technical documentation, evaluation matrices, schedules, and briefing materials
Participate in production-focused reviews, meetings, and cross-functional discussions
Assist with data analysis, reporting, and visualization related to system performance and evaluation results
Maintain organized program documentation and ensure version control and traceability
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, junior or senior standing required
Pursuing a degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to document technical information clearly and accurately
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, production-driven environment
Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and strong attention to detail
Interest in program management, production systems, and vehicle integration
Preferred
Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, or similar) and Visio preferred
