Onsite Virtual Specialist

CoVantage Credit Union is seeking a full-time Virtual Specialist to work onsite at their Antigo, De Pere, or Wausau branch. In this role, you'll assist members with various services through phone and online channels, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and building strong relationships.

Responsibilities

Field phone calls, voicemails, e-mails, and online messages
Assist online, mobile, and phone banking users with passwords, bill pay, deposits, and more
Deliver exceptional service while building strong member relationships
Refer members to other credit union products and services when appropriate
Provide efficient and professional service to members
Maintain member confidentiality

Qualification

Bilingual fluencyCustomer service experienceMicrosoft Office proficiencyWritten communicationVerbal communicationEfficiencyAccuracyOrganizational skills

Required

A high school diploma or equivalent
Have experience working in a service or sales related capacity
Have strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with a wide variety of people on a daily basis
Have ability to be organized, efficient, and accurate in a fast-paced work environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows Software programs

Preferred

Bilingual fluency preferred, but not required
