Responsibilities
Required Travel - up to 25-50% travel to customer sites
Customer Facing - This is a very customer-facing role. You will usually interact with customers on a daily basis. You will participate on calls and facilitate remote and onsite customer training
You will also support sales demos and workshops, and must be able to demonstrate the benefits of using Google Workspace. You will be a member or lead of a project team that works collectively toward deploying Google Workspace
Strategic Leadership in Change Management - You will lead change management initiatives for large and complex Customers, with a focus on Google Workspace transformations. This includes clearly defining overarching change strategies and timelines, conducting and planning stakeholder engagement, creating communication frameworks, and delivering scalable training architectures that suit the Client’s specific needs
Advanced Relationship Management - You will cultivate trust with, communicate progress to, and provide strategic guidance for C-Suite and executive Customer stakeholders, as well as internal stakeholders
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 3 years exposure to Google Workspace
At least 5 years of change management experience
At least 3 years external consulting experience
At least 3 years training experience
At least 3 years of experience interacting with and presenting to senior leader
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Proven time management skills, remaining flexible in responding to changing client needs
Strong analytical skills and good problem solving skills
