Responsibilities
Guide patients through eligibility requirements and confirm qualification for assistance programs
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned patients, providing updates and answering questions
Communicate regularly with pharmacies, healthcare providers, and assistance program partners
Track case activity and maintain accurate, timely records within the CRM system
Review open cases and follow up on pending requests to ensure smooth progression
Research available support programs for specialty medications and identify the best options for each patient
Assist patients and provider offices with completing required forms and applications
Deliver high quality service while resolving issues promptly and escalating concerns when appropriate
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfort working with detailed information and multiple ongoing cases
Ability to stay organized and follow established processes and timelines
Reliable, empathetic, and professional approach to patient interactions
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, patient services, or benefits support is a plus
