Responsibilities
Assist the team with training and development initiatives for Below-the-Line (BTL) and Above-The-Line (ATL) talent
Conduct research on industry trends and evaluate the success of current production-related initiatives, recommending improvements as needed
Learn to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and openness, fostering a culture of change and understanding
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a relevant Undergrad/Masters degree program (e.g., Communications, Film Studies, Human Resources, Social Sciences)
Strong interest in community engagement, creative talent development, and the film entertainment industry
Must have an interest in talent development and training
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks
Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment
Must have basic knowledge of computers and familiarity with software applications such as Google Suite (e.g., Gmail, Docs, Sheets)
