Sales Executive, CAS - Dallas, TX
ibml is a company that specializes in document scanning services and capture solutions. They are seeking a Sales Executive to support the Conversion Assistance Services department by identifying and maximizing revenue within assigned territories and building relationships with customers.

Responsibilities
Responsible for identifying and maximizing revenue within assigned territory
Responsible for building and maintaining relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met by our specific products and services
Answer customers’ questions about products, prices, availability and other terms
Quote prices, terms and other bid specifications within ibml product and pricing guidelines
Maintain customer records using ibml automated systems
Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and attending trade shows and conferences
Prepare sales contracts for orders obtained and submit orders for processing
Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as selling strategies or marketing information
Assist in the collection of monies due and in the resolution of problems causing delay in payment
Qualification
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field (Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, Business or equivalent degree)
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience with document imaging and data capture services
Prior Banking and Cash Management Sales experience is highly preferred, particularly in the Community Banking Market
Experience in check payment processing and remittance processing is preferred
Good working knowledge of PC's and electromechanical paper handling devices such as copiers, printers, and scanners is a plus
Knowledge in principles and methods for promoting and selling products and services
Ability to travel to local and regional clients
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent planning, presentation and organization skills
Strong client service orientation
Realistic scheduling and observance of deadlines
Integrity, creativity, intellectual curiosity, high standards, persistence, and achievement-oriented
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
Ability to prioritize and work independently without supervision
Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office 365 Applications (PowerPoint, Word & Excel)
