Proactively solving problems while collaborating with leaders and departments
Demonstrating competence in conducting investigations, and knowing when to involve an HR Manager
Identifying workflow barriers, proposing solutions, and creating or recommending Standard Operating Procedures
Assessing departmental needs, offering clear summaries and recommendations
Leading or coordinating HR projects that benefit the team or organization
Building strong relationships with assigned leaders for guidance and partnership
Identifying education needs to develop and present training content
Offering support for leadership development
Serving as the main point of contact for both co-workers and leaders, answering questions, listening to concerns, and providing guidance for next steps
Partnering with all areas of the HR Division to ensure exceptional service for both co-workers and leaders
Ensuring compliance with both state and federal requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or other related field
Minimum of 3 years Human Resource Generalist experience
Knowledge of the ADA/Return to Work process
Ability to assess departmental needs and offer clear summaries and recommendations
Competence in conducting investigations
Ability to identify workflow barriers and propose solutions
Familiarity with both state and federal compliance requirements
Ability to build strong relationships with assigned leaders
Adaptability in ambiguous situations
Ability to develop and present training content
Ability to serve as the main point of contact for co-workers and leaders
Preferred
5 years Human Resource Generalist experience
HR experience within a Healthcare facility
Experience with Window applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
HRIS software experience
