Responsibilities
Develop delivery strategies and comprehensive plans to coordinate across multiple disciplines and timeframes, aligning project delivery with overarching business goals
Implement and facilitate project management policies by creating the tools and techniques necessary for complex program execution
Oversee the full lifecycle of complex initiatives using established project management methodologies, ensuring compliance with financial requirements and deadlines
Serve as a mentor to project team members, providing expert recommendations on complex issues and fostering professional development
Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues, minimize risk, and ensure project milestones are met
Promote a positive culture by modeling accountability, inclusivity, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience
A minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience
Proven experience managing both short-term and long-term projects with increasing levels of responsibility
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification
Ability to manage multiple moderately complex projects concurrently
Advanced knowledge of strategic planning, resource allocation, and leadership techniques
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex logic and analysis to senior management
Strong analytical skills to evaluate project outcomes and their organizational implications
