Responsibilities

Timekeeping and Project Cost Analysis
Travel and Billeting support
Support daily and weekly reporting
Data entry, compose, and type routine correspondence
Organize and maintain file system
Distribution of interoffice and personal mail to the field
Must be able to operate computers, phones, copy, and fax
Must be able to learn new software programs quickly
Must possess good communication skills, written and verbal
Must be detail oriented and have excellent organizational skills
Consistent, accurate and efficient productivity required
The ability to follow instructions and work independently and as a team member when necessary
Must be flexible and maintain a professional attitude at all times
Must be prepared to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Must be reliable and punctual in work attendance
Strong mathematical skills beneficial
Other duties will be assigned to this position as needs require
Comply with Company and customer policies and procedures
Support AES zero-incident safety culture and assume personal accountability and responsibility for safe work practices in all projects, activities, and operations

Required

Two (2) years' experience as an Administrative Assistant in a construction-office or North Slope-office environment
Proficient use of Passport, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is required
The ability to work 80.5 hours a week on a 6x1 rotation is required
A High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
Driver License required

Preferred

At least two (2) years' experience in the Oil and Gas industry, North Slope, Construction, and/or in Arctic Environment is preferred
A Post Secondary Education in Business Administration, Mathematics, or Office Technology is preferred
