The role involves working closely with senior leadership to support system implementation, configuration, testing, validation, and user training while ensuring effective operation of HCM processes.

Responsibilities
Assist with data conversion/validation, develop and test reports, and contributes to functional design documents
Define data objects to be extracted
Review error logs/discrepancy reports
Participate in data cleanup initiatives
Test new and existing reports that have been developed
Test functionality/ quick actions
Support data conversion validation efforts
Assist in the documentation of business processes, configurations, and system modifications
Support user acceptance testing and end-user training sessions
Identify and document discrepancies, errors, or missing data using Jira
Qualification
Required
Minimum of six (6) years of experience in systems analysis in a PeopleSoft HCM environment
Must include four (4) years of functional experience in an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
Familiarity with reporting tools such as PeopleSoft Query
Experience with Power BI, formulas, pivot tables, SQL, VLOOKUP, filtering, and data sorting for validation purposes
