Responsibilities

Facilitate orientation, professional development sessions, and debrief meetings
Lead in-person and virtual community building activities
Track daily and weekly attendance data for program reports
Manage large and small groups of high school students

Required

Full-time enrollment status in a degree program at an accredited college or university
Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient organizational skills with attention to detail
Good project management skills
Strong facilitation skills
Knowledge in curriculum development
Proficiency with Zoom
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Ability to build strong relationships with youth and adults
The demands associated with the normal office environment
Must be able to comply with office policy to work on-site twice per week
Light physical activity, including walking outdoors and climbing stairs
Able to stand for periods of time while facilitating group discussions

Preferred

Preferred Major(s): Education, Curriculum Development, Social Work, Communications
Preferred Level of Education: College sophomore and above
